Sales Coordinator:

•Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.

Maintain invoice log for HVAC invoices. Obtain quotes for equipment and or parts as needed for the field techs, Order parts, inventory and provide purchase orders to the vendors.

Hospitality Dispatcher III:

Dispatched HN techs to hotels, notified hotel engineers of guests requiring internet assistance. Assisted in programing TCM’s for technicians, data-entry, customer service, updated spreadsheets, inbound and outbound calls, monitored Hotel Management Systems, consistently showed ability to multitask, daily usage of Remedy, VNC, Cacti, Outage tracker, HN Equipment, HN Tools.

Central Operations Dispatcher:
