of 8 full-time staff, 5 part-time staff, 38 summer employees and many volunteers. Gave oversight to all ministries of the Tabernacle, Moorlyn Family Theatre and Kull Youth Center.
The Tabernacle is 135-year-old organization with a $2,000,000 annual budget and has a $9,000,000 endowment. The challenge when hired was to turn around a significant10 year decline in both attendance and giving. Provided a detailed revitalization plan with essential initiatives in programming, infrastructure, systems, rebranding and worship. Initiatives included a direct marketing campaign to younger families, the writing and production of “Ocean City: The Musical” and redecorating of the nearly 60- year-old sanctuary.

Ministry initiatives expanded the ethnic profile of the congregation, provided training and help to homeless families, engaged over 50 people in new ministries. Resigned upon being hired at Ocean City Tabernacle. LEAD PASTOR

Main Stage Producer for over 30 national youth and adult conferences with six different denominations. Contracted and directed top national Christian speakers, music artists and storytellers. Managed and balanced budgets up to $200,000 (1988-2000)
Secretary of the Covenant Hymnal Commission which produced the “Covenant Hymnal: A Worshipbook,” also served on the commission that produced “The Song Goes On” (1985-1997)
Creative Team Leader and Lead Actor of award-winning children's video series, "Quigley's Village." Millions of videos sold around the world. Series was translated into five languages. Performed over 200 live performances and appearances as Mr. Quigley across North America (1987-1995)
Composer of “Centennial Psalm,” commissioned composition for 60-piece orchestra and mass choir which was the centerpiece of the Evangelical Covenant Church's 100th anniversary celebration (1985)
Co-Author/Composer of "Old Main: A Love Story" full-length Broadway-style musical commissioned to honor the 100th anniversary of North Park University (1990)
Producer of "Monganga: Dr. Paul Carlson in the Heart of Congo" documentary commissioned by the Evangelical Covenant Church to honor the 40th anniversary of the death of Dr. Paul Carlson. The president of the church said that “the documentary was the sole reason the church was able to raise millions of dollars for Congo medical relief.” (2004)
Worship designer and leader for the Covenant Midwinter Conference and Annual Meeting (throughout much of the 1980s and 1990s)
Video producer for “Living is Giving” fundraising campaign. With the goal of raising $22,000,000 for the Evangelical Covenant Church and North Park University, we provided information and encouraged generous stewardship to 500,000 people in 800 congregations. (1990)
