Managed all internal and external DRT activities, including designing and implementing the cost of poor quality reporting structure and the cost of poor quality reduction strategies for HH-60L, Jordan H-60, S-70B, and MH-60R aircraft.
Led new employee training program regarding the importance of understanding and following Sikorsky quality procedures and specifications.
