Issueing jobs to the site engineers and the supervisors

Co-ordinating with the site engineers regarding the completion of work at site.

Co-ordinating with the main contractors.

Proper planning for smooth running of work at site.

Keeping regular records of daily progress of work at site.

Preparing technically related documents required by the Client.

Giving technically related solutions to the site engineers and the supervisors.

Attending the meeting with the clients project engineer and project manager on regular basis.

Carrying out the inspection of work done on regular basis along with the third party inspector.
