Enhanced Drilling, Houston, TX, 7/13 – 1/16
Served as Warehouse Manager for the Enhanced Drilling Maintenance Workshop.
Responsible for the asset and logistics program for all projects that involved Enhanced Drilling Americas. These included: Chevron Dual Gradient Drilling, Statoil Maersk Developer, Exxon Husky, and Shell R&D Projects.
Responsible for the Inventory and Asset accountability of all Chevron and Enhanced Drilling property totaling over 500 million dollars’ worth of equipment including development of an equipment hierarchy, location hierarchy, and the inventory control program.
Responsible for the global logistics for all projects
Startup of shop operations in the Americas region. Implemented new policies and programs including safety, logistics for the Katy, TX workshop.
Created the offshore workflow processes including job plans, work orders, warehouse and logistics requirements and procedures.
Managed and provided functional subject matter expertise during the build of the Maximo EAM system.

Warehouse Manager, Gulf Sample Division
The shipping and receiving of anything coming in or out of the lab or office. This included all hazardous materials such as oil, gases, and other types of samples, both large and small quantities. --- The packaging of highly expensive and delicate electronic and mechanical components for the lab machinery such as, cells, hydrogen generators and high pressure sample equipment.
The inventory control of all client samples and equipment, both domestic and international.
The purchasing of all equipment, product and tools needed for the lab and office.
Maintain ongoing cost analyses of all supply and product.
All document generation and processing, such as purchase orders, shipping / receiving packing slips, bill of ladings and hazardous placards, including UN labels.
HSE coordinator for lab and office. This entailed keeping track of and distribution of all MSDS sheets and making sure the lab and office were in compliance with the OSHA safety regulations.
