Develop and maintain CPM schedule. Update weekly with two week look ahead.
Conduct weekly Sub-Contractor / project coordination meetings
Monitoring, evaluate and rectify as needed, sub-contractor progress vs. schedule.
Documentation
Set up and maintain “Record” set of contract drawings and as-built conditions.
Create and maintain daily record of construction operations and force reports.
Generate and track RFI's and any Change Orders resulting from them.

Inspection of subcontractors work and materials to assure compliance with all contract documents
Shop drawing review and correction as needed.

Cost control
Prepare cost estimations for field change orders.

Constant evaluation of existing safety conditions taking corrective and preventative action as needed.
