Scheduling

Develop and maintain CPM schedule. Update weekly with two week look ahead.

Conduct weekly Sub-Contractor / project coordination meetings

Monitoring, evaluate and rectify as needed, sub-contractor progress vs. schedule.

Documentation

Set up and maintain “Record” set of contract drawings and as-built conditions.

Create and maintain daily record of construction operations and force reports.

Generate and track RFI's and any Change Orders resulting from them.

Quality Control

Inspection of subcontractors work and materials to assure compliance with all contract documents

Shop drawing review and correction as needed.

Sampling, testing and assessment of testing results to project specifications.

Cost control

Prepare cost estimations for field change orders.

Confirmation of Sub-Contractor percent of work complete for monthly draws.

Shop suppliers for the best material unit prices and equipment rental prices.

Identify, document and quantify “change in conditions”.

Safety

Constant evaluation of existing safety conditions taking corrective and preventative action as needed.

Conduct Weekly on site safety meeting with all trades.

Setup and maintain all OSHA required documentation.

OSHA 30 Hour certified. I have extensive experience in developing and implementing safety plans for confined space entry including those situations meeting “permitted access” and non-permit access into excavations as well existing structures.
