Agile Information Technology is a development firm based in Allen, TX. Managed numerous projects from inception of delivery. Worked with stake holder in formulating the plan and WBS.
Notable work: Managed a 3+ year project involving development of a child day care management system for one of the client. System was built in WPF using SQL server for the database. Primary challenge encountered with this project involved evolving project plan according to changing requirements.
Client relationship – involved working with clients in assessing their business needs and articulating possible technical implementations to deliver a solution that would satisfy their business needs.
