Produce a daily/weekly job schedule, Review work request scope to plan and prepare detailed estimates for required materials, labour and outside services.

Develop work job scope and timing through communication with production coordinators, maintenance supervision and engineers.

Create work requests in maintenance system (SAP) as needed or requested.

Communicate with vendors on material ordered & scheduling. Purchase necessary materials and Services for work orders from Stores or from outside vendors and ensure outside purchased material arrives when promised and needed.

Ensure that all purchases follow corporate guidelines.

Chairs daily update and weekly scheduling meeting for assigned Production area as well as support and participate in productivity improvement efforts.

Maintains equipment records for various departments.

Assures maintenance inspections are completed per maintenance procedures and prepare document for vessels overhaul.

Writes annual Maintenance Work Orders and assign equipment numbers for new equipment

Sets up annual PM's and assures P.M. schedule compliance.
