Position summary

To fulfill the expectations of the organization by achieving aggressive business targets for the assigned zone by establishing and maintaining an effective print publications circulation, Distribution & Dealer network and developing Key Accounts through direct channel.

Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

Circulation Sales & Business Development:

Ensuring Circulation sales & Distribution of Ht media publication in Delhi and North central region. Daily subscription sales & Operations, Retail/Bulk/Institutional/Direct Sale, Campaigning daily subscription with the help of Readers relation executives and ensure smooth subscription operation. Supervising team members and ensuring adherence of norms in completing all sales operation tasks, Implementing marketing strategies & various scheme into the market Convincing Vendors,Retailers, distributor, agents and even to readers the benefits and products services .Revising and implementing the sales & marketing to promote the publication sale. Monitoring each salesperson's daily performance & compare it with given objective, Monitoring sales activities and proactively taking necessary action to re-direct efforts as needed on time.

Preparation marketing strategy and policy, Sales Forecasts for the territory/area, Identifying appropriate business targets, Implementation of policy into the market.

Execution of plan for the territory area and assign the target for team members.

Distribution / Channel Management:

•Establishment of an effective rapport with the cross functional team.

Account Receivables / Collections:-

Dealing with agent - recording, daily payments collection from the sales agents and ensure the billing and collection from agency to ensure the zero outstanding. Payment collection, Disputed outstanding recovery. Check sold unsold before and after sales operation, Maintaining & Monitoring of Business Hygiene, record keeping sales register, daily sales collection record, zonal print order invoicing.

•Establishing professional relations by giving personal touch with the trade partners and the union leader to ensure proper after sales service in the territory/area, Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service.
