Description of Duties: Under the overall supervision and guidance of the Director General (DG), DSS and the National Project Director (NDP) I have to perform the following assignments: 1. Identify/ understand business process requirements, process flows of social allowance programs; 2. Supervise and monitoring MIS/IT vendors contracted by the Government and ensure its deliverables, are met as per their agreed scope of work; 3.Conduct regular meetings, discussions with the IT services providers in the matter related to MIS design and development, training, testing, among others and review their performance, work progress and outcome; 4.
