Aim: Wireless Based Railway bridge Damage & Track Fault Notification Systems.
Duration: 2-3 months.
Description:
The main aim of this project is to identify bridge damage and track fault detection of railway by using wireless technology. The purpose of the project is to know the bridge damage & track fault information of the railways for the early identification and detection of damage by using wireless communication technology.
In this system mainly we have ATMEGA 16, power supply, LCD .The total controlling action will be done through this ATMEGA 16. Based on the signals given to the ATMEGA 16 that will be totally controlled at the output section. Bridge damage status is monitored by the sensor and wireless modules. In track any shake/tilt in parallel bridge position is sensed by IR Sensor. GSM used to send SMS to authority person.LCD is used to display which the damage status occur on the track.
Role and Responsibility:
I am the team leader with a team of 4 members.
My role in accomplishing my project is, I did soldering to the PCB board. I have also done the interfacing of LCD display with the Microcontroller Atmega 16. I did all the documentation needed for the project review.
