My experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant include providing high-level administrative support for an office and for executives of an organization. Those skill sets often handle more complex responsibilities, such as reviewing incoming documents, conducting research, and preparing reports. Other job responsibilities and not limited to, consist of running an organization efficiently by the expertise of MS Office software; managing databases; and prepare presentations, reports, and documents. There were opportunities to negotiate with vendors, buying supplies, and manage stockrooms or corporate libraries. The other administrative tools necessary to know how to used were videoconferencing, fax, and other office equipment. During this job function, I also supervised a clerical staff.
My other combined experiences provide an additional skill set to allow me to be more well-rounded and diverse in other areas such as Customer Service and Project Management. These addition qualities can be an asset for this position.
