Job Summary: The HR Staff for Compensation and Benefits is responsible for processing and monitoring the timekeeping of all company employees and providing other administrative services. The HR Staff is also responsible in assisting the employees with their Government Benefits and Privileges.

FUNCTIONAL AREAS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Admin & HR Planning

1. Efficiently provides feedback on employee compensation and benefits concerns to the Specialist / Sr. Manager to be used in formulating department goals

Compensation and Benefits

1. Ensures efficient Execution of employee payroll generation activities / reports,

1.1 Timekeeping (Overtime encoding, Leave Encoding [VL, SL, ML, PL], Meal and Transportation Allowance, Internal and External (government) deductions, Generation of bi-monthly attendance reports)

1.2 Supports the department in the implementation of benefits to employees from identified service providers.

2. Act as the Company’s liaison officer that liaises among government agencies (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, BIR, DOLE) and process documents for company and employees (such as loan/s, maternity, sickness, accident benefit, dependent update/s, loan and contribution payment and any other related benefits)

2.1 Assist employee/s in filling out forms necessary for updating (due to: change in status, declaration of additional dependents), for newly hired employee.

2.2 File and keep government mandated reports.

3. Prepare Certificates related to Compensation and Benefits (COE, COEC, Philhealth Contribution, Certification of Payment [SSS, Pag-ibig Contribution and Loan].

4. Update and keep record of employee’s headcount (weekly, monthly, annually)

5. Updates filing of employee wages and salary programs and structure.

6. Process Internal Loan Processing (application up to approval).

7. Other task/s that is related to Compensation and Benefits

Performance Management

1. Support/Assist the HR department in the generation of annual performance Reports

Recruitment

1. Ensures that all necessary Employment forms are accomplished (i.e. Pag-Ibig, SSS, Philhealth etc. related forms) accordingly.

2. Prepares Contracts and other necessary documents of new hires and probationary employees due for regularization.

3. Conducts Job Offer for selected plant positions.

4. Monitors the termination of contracts of contractual employees and prepares the needed documentation for separated employees

Employee and Community Relations

1. Provides necessary information needed in completing projects related to employees (i.e. Employee details /demographics, background based on 201file etc.

2. Assists in the implementation of Labor Relations activities as may be assigned.

3. Formulates proposal for Company Corporate & Social Responsibility programs and implements such.

Documentation

1. Maintains all Company Standards (related to Admin/HRD) / Department Procedures through periodic review of

processes including related forms.

2. Formulates new procedure to be able to improve the department’s services and programs.

5S Responsibilities (depending on applicability)

1. Leads and direct the implementation of segregation of needed and unneeded direct and indirect materials,

equipment/s, tools, and files and discarding of the unneeded ones.

2. Leads and direct the implementation of organizing and keeping needed direct and indirect materials,

Equipment/s, tools, and files in correct and designated place and returning properly upon usage.

3. Leads and direct implementation of regular cleaning in the work area as stated in working standard and/or as

instructed by superior.
