PROJECTS
Micro Air Vehicle Student Challenge by American Helicopter Society (AHS). Designed an Electric-powered stabilized Vertical Take-off and Lift (VTOL) vehicle to perform functions like steady-state hover, obstacle avoidance, target searching and acquisition conducted by a remotely-piloted mission
(manual flight) using an onboard vision system.
Design & Analysis of Air Flow Duct to check contamination in Data Centers, HVAC Modelled and performed CFD Analysis using ANSYS, on a duct to control the Temperature and Relative Humidity with in the desired limits at different Data Centers to expand ASHRAE envelope minimizing the corrosion rate of silver and copper coupons in electronic equipment.
Dent Analysis and Reduction in Blow-hole formation of casted products Used Image Analyzer and Spectrometer to study chemical composition of the casted product and analyzed the dies casting process to find out the reason for dents and blow holes. Rectified the metal pouring speed and provided remedies for metal removing process which majorly caused dents.
Programming of an IBM SCARA 3575
Programmed the arm for operations like pick and place and checking products on basis of their shape size and material, for assembly or production lines.
Automated Stair-Climbing Wheelchair
Designed and manufactured an Automated Wheelchair using mechanical gear train; this can climb up and down the stairs to help differentially abled persons.
