Theplants have access to the latest technology and infrastructure and are rated amongst the most advanced in the country. The plants have a manufacturing capacity of 2.5 Million Tonnes per Annum.
“New Thermal Power Plant” (NTPP-29.8 MW)
“New Thermal Power Plant”(NTPP) is the most important plant or we can say it is the Heart of the BCW & CCW. This Thermal Power Plant built up only one year back. The capacity of this plant is of 29.8MW and in generates the voltage of 11KV
A generating station which converts Heat energy of coal combustion in to Electric energy is known as a Thermal Station.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Trouble Shooting,Installation and Maintenance of Cement Industry Machines and Resolving Problem at Instrument Site.
I take care of all Instrument, sensors,valve etc Systems & controls. I am responsible for the proper communication between center control room & equipment. A CCR (Central Control Room) is also there for controlling whole Thermal Power Plant .
That called DCS (Distribution Control System) it is the Micro Processor based program which is controlled by computer are interconnected to each other. In CCR, at least 7 computers are there and they give information of every part of Thermal Power Plant in a second.
