Northern Regional Terminal Manager
Recruited into this new position when BP transitioned to a carrier-based model and Williams was awarded the contract for three geographically-diverse terminal locations in Northern CA. The position was created as a layer of management between administration and terminal operations. Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities included:
•Oversight of the operations and supervision of three (3) Terminal Managers and 60 company drivers. The Williams North Region fleet consists of 40 trucks with 24x7 operations, encompassing 5,760,000 miles and 620,500,000 gallons delivered annually.
•Supervision of central maintenance garage servicing the fleets of Northern CA.
