Contract for pre launch automotive production

Investigate process/product problems auditing, working in conjunction with team leader and operators.

Develop systems to improve process capability. Identify process characteristics and their required control limits with respect to safety/ergonomics, quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Proficient with Document Control, APQP and PPAP documentation and PSW submission

Strong working knowledge and quality experience in Lean Manufacturing/Automotive Industry.

Familiar with quality improvement tools and techniques such as Control Charts, Capability Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma (5 Why’s, FMEA, PDCA, Poke Yoke)

Expertise with ISO9001:2000 and/or ISO/TS16949:2002 / Quality system requirements.

Perform internal and external process/product audits reports.

Excellent working knowledge of basic measurement techniques, blue print reading GD&T.

Understand and apply safety regulations on production.
