Lead a team of six employees and manage an operating budget of $1,600,000 which includes the office budget, OMIC grant, and H1B grant. Maximize hiring among graduating students in a college which currently has approximately 13,000 enrollees by providing valuable and effective employment strategies. Connect with local, regional, and state governments to develop partnering opportunities. Oversee state and federal grants and convene with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate seminars, workshops, and group training sessions.
