Director of Finance & Operations (4/2012-Present)

Oversee 12 million dollar budget for one of Ohio’s largest non-profits. In charge of preparing 15 departmental budgets, combining them into one budget to present to Board of Trustees.

Oversee all accounting functions, including Chart of Accounts, journal entries, financial statements and income statements.

Handle all Human Resource functions for 50+ company. Coordinate hiring, terminations, on-boarding, pay increases, benefits and payroll. Handle employee problems and mentoring.

Assisted in creating new organizational structure and hiring to implement said structure.

Oversee Building Management and Estate Management for 600 acre, twelve+ building property.
