- To render the Guarantee services to the customers.

-To mobilize subcontractors for attending to the site complaints & supervise the same according to retain customer satisfaction.

-To generate the AMC business from new customers.

-To develop the Service set up by deploying new contractors & frequent visits to the existing customers and taking continuous feedback from them for further improvement in services.

-To execute Chargeable service jobs.

-Initial check up of calls related to BMS Systems & electrical control circuit of HVAC System inclusive Cold Storage.

-Taking over the jobs under Guarantee from project department.

-Attending to the break down complaints related to the York Screw Chilling plants & Carrier Scroll Chillers.

-To monitor the Operation of Plants by Operators at site according to schedule given to them & terms & conditions of the agreement with customer.

-Planning & execution of Major Break down calls under Guarantee / AMC.

-Follow with customer for converting the Equipments from Guarantee to AMC Service Scheme.

-Timely submission of Bills to the customer & collection of payments from them.

-Initial checking of the subcontractor bills & processing them for payments.

-Attending to break down calls under Guarantee & AMC for 25 TR to 500 TR Air / Water Cooled Screw / Scroll / Reciprocating Chilling Plants of Carrier, York, Voltas make.

-Attending to break down calls under Guarantee & AMC for Cold Storage from 3Kw to 50Kw cooling capacity Bitzer and Frascold make freezers and chillers.

-Carrying out Overhauling of Semi sealed / Open type of Compressors from 20 to 200 TR capacity.

-Carrying out Overhauling of Electrical Motors, Pumps for their smooth Operations.

-Trouble shooting of all kind of HVAC system, either electrical or mechanical.

-Preparation of Preventive schedule for equipments under warrantee / AMC & maintain the same accordingly.

-Commissioning of entire HVAC System inclusive large capacity Cold storage.
