Plant Maintenance and Operation

Operation and maintenance of LT and HT AC and DC motors (up to 3700HP), HT starters (Rotor resistance starter).

Substation operation and maintenance with the capacity of 33kv,18MW, MV and HV Switch gears, (VCB, AIS, OCB and SF6), Batteries and UPS

Complete maintenance activities of gas turbine i.e. Engine wash out, operation of breakers, Connections, inspection of all the sensors, exciter, all the flame detectors, inspection of AVON tank oil, gear oil, inspection of pulleys and belts of cooling systems, fogging system and others as per the protocol.

Operation and maintenance of DG sets of 5000kva (Wattsila) 1.5 and 2MW (CAT& SDMO)

Maintenance and troubleshooting Servo motors, VFD's and Soft starters

PLC(siemens-S5, S7-300,400), SCADA/HMI

Proximity switches, photocell, UV sensors, IR reflectors, wire rope length transmitters, digital scales, level sensors and switches

Maintenance and trouble shooting of LV panels (ATS, SIEMENS and ABB)

Maintenance of Vacuum pumps, Robotic stackers, pneumatic and hydraulic equipments.

Maintenance and troubleshooting Crushers and dust collectors, Shipping docks.

Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of EOT Cranes(DEMAG), hoists, elevators (KONE)

Bucket elevators, furnace and Gas station

Air compressors (Atlas copco and kirloskar), Driers, RO plants, Combustion fans, Chillers, freezers, package A/c and FCUs.
