Responsible for Service, Maintenance, Installation, Calibration and Planned Preventive Maintenance of all medical equipment’s in the hospital
Maintaining database/records/history of all medical instruments
Ordering Spares, Accessories and Instruments necessary through purchase department
Work allocation to the technicians and other staffs of the department
Training the Doctors, Technicians, Nurses and other medical staffs in proper handling of medical devices
General and periodical visit to all Wards, Critical/Intensive Care Units, Operation Theatres, Out Patient Departments and Laboratories
Coordination with departments like Purchase, Administration, Warehouse, Stores, Workshop, Electrical, Medical Gas Plant and Plumbing
Frequent meetings with the company sales and service persons.
Past experiences:
1Year and 10 Months of Experience as Service Engineer and Application Specialist in S.I.D Bio Meditronics .
Had presented a paper on “The Role of Fluorine in Therapeutic Chemistry” in “National Conference on Computational Applications in Chemistry” held at V M K V Engineering College on 4 and 5 February 2010.
