I am a hands on professional with over ten years of experience in management, sales, operations, customer service, financing, retail banking, retail sales, and recruiting. I enjoys coaching, team development, and relationship management. I utilized my degree in Marketing and Communications to creatively sell banking products and services. I am excited to lead the company and its team member’s to success by meeting sales goals, providing exceptional customer service and running operationally sound. While keeping the team excited, motivated, and energetic. And retaining and expanding customer relationships.

I started my career with Commerce Bank as a Personal Banker. I then took a Financial Service Representative Role with Regions Bank where I spent four years establishing and building relationships through outside sales calls, cold calling, direct marketing and customer service. I relocated to NY and accepted an offer from Chase. I was then recruited for a Branch Manager role with Wells Fargo where I was instrumental in running the first non-traditional branch, which ran with new technology and tablets. Here I was able to use my motivational skills to lead a team of 15.
