Applied lean principals to maximize workflow while creating a more cost effective product. This position required training operators to meet expectations, purchasing capital equipment, documentation writing to qualify equipment, creating process FMEAs, creating PM procedures, revising tools to match company objectives, using SPC software to monitor processes for non-conformances, and identifying and troubleshooting defective equipment in a timely manner. This position also required monitoring and troubleshooting the Waste Neutralization System (WNS), the chemical storage and usage, and the water filtration systems for Merit Sensors.

Designed and implemented a high pressure water chamber in response to eliminating product field failures.
