Duties: Execute New Hire paperwork, Data Input of New Hires into the H.R. System (ADP and Pay Force), Assist H.R. Associate Director and H.R. Director as a H.R. liaison for employees, Distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and emails to appropriate person, Prepare Benefit payment deposit slips, Maintain Office supplies, Process supply orders, Data input for Personnel Changes, i.e. address, dependant information, direct deposit information. Assist in New Hire Orientation, Worked in collaboration with Payroll daily. Assist in Health and Wellness Fairs annually. Order/Pick up Lunch for large group meetings. Order employee badges for entrance into building. Receptionist duties and other administrative duties as assigned.
