DC POWER installer power plant swap outs -48 vdc also 24 vdc

Installed telecom equipment inside new build cellular sites from mounting to earthquake bracing according to customer drawing.

Ground all equipment to MGB

Properly label all power cables with P touch

Installed positive 24v power systems or -48v power systems

Battery replacements power plant swap outs while keeping equipment so no loss in cell service in maintenance window.

Ran all power and return cables crimped lugs and hand crimped lugs along with color coded heat shrink into power bay to CDMA LTE 4.0 fuse panels and NIDS.

Also ran DEMAEK fiber cables to according equipment and light and scoped fibers.

Installed GPS systems

Fuse panels, I’ve built cable racks, aux bar,

Mounted bays, running cables, doing inventory on equipment, reading prints and drawings

For bays and equipment height, running all cabling as needed and secure to rack as needed,

I’ve ran and laced Power Cables up to 750,installed mct 4000 batteries test batteries

Built new fiber ducts.

Ive done tear outs on existing equipment, removed BDFBs and had to switch over to new BDFB.

Wireless:

Mastec contracted through T-Staff

3-10-11 to 10-5-11

Installed fifth carrier with low loss combiner for alpha beta gamma run rf cables from 2nd carrier umts to firth carrier RRU’s or obif umts. Powered up RRU’s or obif umts to -48volt power cabinet. Powered up low loss combiner to PDU. Also Installer PDU Ran 350 power cable from -48volt plant to PDU. I also ran fiber cables inside fiber split tubing to destination. Installer OIL cables from RRU or obif to 2nd carrier cabinet. Laced sewed installed ladder rack when needed. Crimped lugs hand and battery crimper. Installed ground bars. Mount and grounded bays in cement or wood or computer floor. Build RRU bay from telco bay with with uni strut. Also built low loss combiner shelf with uni strut. Installed T1’s surge protectors made T1’s test T1’s.

Tested and turned up fifth carrier.

Installed CCU for wireless sites. Made t1’s installed netgear router configured router. Installed surge protectors for CCU. Run cables to the diplexer.
