• Accountable for all craft’s quality, quantity and tracking of routine maintenance, project requests

and scheduling. Top balanced scorecard results 4 out of 12 months for all resort properties.

• Lead member of the Disney Resort utility awareness program for partnering and sharing of ideas. For a single property, this program resulted in a 35% savings for the first year and 44% two years after inception.

• Responsible for all material coordination and budget tracking for engineering and housekeeping warehouse supplies.

• Oversaw all on-the-job training and tracking, routine, preventative room maintenance, Kitchen Equipment and HVAC/R and recordkeeping for all refrigerant.

• Utilized Maximo CMMS for tracking work orders, project requests and history tracking.

• Developed a kitchen equipment diagnosis and repair training program to minimize repair time and labor expense. Labor savings of 40% that funded additional training initiatives.
