SORT IT (Service Order Routing Technology) which receives the service order messages from many host system and process the orders to Advantex system which is running on UNIX platform. The service order will be created in CISCO side and then comes to SORT IT mainframe application and from there it will go to Dispatch Application (DA) in Advantex server. The role of SORTHUB is to receive the order details from SORT mainframe through web services and transmit to Advantex Queue in SORTHUB server. Sort hub and Advantex are connected through JMS Bridges. Once the message reached to Advantex Queue in SORTHUB, then Queue in Advantex Server will read the message. After message reached to Advantex service suite, it will send back the acknowledgement to SORT MMI (Mainframe Messaging Interface).

Nissan North America deals with service warranty with the processing of claims submitted by dealer for the repair done for Nissan Vehicles. CPIA is the major system that deals with business rules that affect the processing of claims. This system was built and rolled out in 1995 and has a record of claims starting from 1995. This system was rolled out to Nissan Canada, Nissan Puerto Rico and Nissan Guam in 2003. The CPIA system was planned to replace the old warranty system (Warranty Claims) but so far only the daily processing functionality and some monthly processing functionality have been incorporated into this system.

Worked on the Claims Warranty Systems, which had 29 applications in it.
