Responsible for the administration of the construction contract to ensure that the contract work is completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, required quality standards, the contract performance period, and the contract price. Responsible for monitoring works of the contractors to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with an agreed Schedule. Receive and resolve requests for information and clarification of the construction documents and resolution of field conditions that may represent a change to the contract conditions. Document and prepare all requests for changes; Responsible for the supervision of field inspection staff. -Construction Materials Testing Project Manager/ Assistant Lab Manager / Geotechnical Engineer

Responsible for management of construction materials testing projects including testing of soils, foundations, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, masonry, structural steel, fireproofing and asphalt pavement. Perform daily review of field reports, monitoring project process, performance and budgetary conditions, as well as attending project site meetings and assisting with the resolution of both technical and administrative problems. Also responsible to be involved with client development, proposal preparation and business development.

Responsible for managing the activities of a Construction Materials Laboratory (testing includes soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt). Ensure that the activities are conducted consistent with quality protocols, project requirements, in a safety and timely manner. Maintaining AMRL /CCRL accreditation and direct internal audits. Training and utilizing the laboratory staffs. Document test results and prepare reports. Maintenance, Calibration and Cleanliness of the laboratory testing equipment.

Responsible for engineering and management of geotechnical explorations, consist of performing boring layouts, clearing utilities, supervising drilling operations, performing geophysical surveys, classifying soils, assigning lab testing, and preparing geotechnical reports.
