• Successfully identified and recruited a professional maintenance staff, designed all support systems and infrastructure for the Electrode Department in a Greenfield Project.
• Experience working within a broad range of nationalities including Omanis, Indians, South Africans and Australians to mention
a few to ensure a smooth transition into an integrated maintenance team.
• 18 years of maintenance and reliability supervision experience in heavy industry.
• 8 years maintenance and reliability supervisor experience responsible for the maintenance of a Aluminum Rolling Mill.
