Project & Assignment Description

The role involved in Leading the Offshore Development Team, Ownership of solution architecting along with Testing during the project life cycle. Also played key role by resolving functional issues during the development phase

Responsibilities & Details:-

oUnderstand Navistar business process for US, Mexico, Canada & Global operation

oStaffing and Work allocation to the offshore team

oStatus Report to the Onsite Managers

oCo-ordination with the offshore Middleware (Oracle Fusion) team

oWorking Experience on various interfaces connecting the legacy systems and the Oracle System.

oInvolved in various conversion activities and made sure all conversion (Item, BPA, Supplier) completed successfully across instances

oLead the Defect call from Offshore and provided necessary updates on the defect raised by the Onshore functional team which they faced during Assembly/System/System Integration/User Acceptance Test.
