Regional Field Service Manager - Coordinates all Field Service Operations nationally, and directly oversaw and supervised all operations in Eagle Ford Shale. Responsible for maintaining safe and healthy work environment and ensuring team adhere to internal and OSHA requirements. With other senior management, develops strategies and associated tactics for supporting tools at customer sites. Develops and implements a strategy to ensure field service support to meet service and preventive maintenance requirements safely. Provides appropriate field service personnel required for equipment installation, maintenance, upgrades, & repairs of equipment at customer sites. Develops and maintains customer relationships, including proactive interface with customers to identify potential areas of improvement and drive resolution consistent with company policies and procedures. Ensures inventory management control and forecasting in coordination with regional and corporate logistics. Ensures availability and safe operation of tools or equipment for installation and maintenance of systems at customer sites. Completes management reports, as necessary, to meet corporate and customer requirements. Field Service Technician 3/Technical Trainer - Works independently to install new products and conducts repairs of FMC equipment insuring no rig lost time for our customers while controlling expenses and maintaining assets of FMC.
