I have three years of college at the University of Kentucky, Microsoft Certified System Engineer, and A+ per Computer Education Institute, Data & Internet Technician with AT&T, Service Technician with AT&T, Mechanized Loop Assignment Center with AT&T. I have retired from AT&T in March 2010.
I worked multiple computer platforms working with AT&T. Our center helped, via computer, the Technicians in the field, the Switch employees, the Service Representatives, and the Redback Router System with problems encountered.
