Presently since 2012 with ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS located at Navi Mumbai as Head – Human Resources supported with a team of 03 Executives.
Reporting to the Board of Directors (05 members).
Analytical Solutions started as an application support laboratory in the year 1997 as a distributor for Dionex in India. It was revamped in 2003 to a Contract Testing Laboratory conforming to cGMP requirements with a primary focus to meet the critical outsourcing requirements of pharma industry in field of Analytical Research and Development. Its’ expertise spreads across areas of services related to analytical support, regulatory compliance and documentation for product registration, globally to clients in the pharmaceutical industries.
The Laboratory is ISO 9001: 2008 certified accredited for ISO 17025: 2005 and conforms to GLP requirements.
It has also been audited and accepted by US-FDA through their audits in the years 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2015.
My role encompasses spearheading HR & Admin depts. comprising of around 150 members. Previously, as an HR Consultant completed –
Assignment with an Engineering / Software organization - Company specialized in design, development and manufacturing of Driving Simulators & Virtual Training Solutions. My role was to set-up their HR department with complete process and system documentation. Assignment which required defining and setting up the entire Human Resource systems & processes for a start-up organization involved in the Marketing Science segment with offices in Mumbai, Chennai & New Delhi.
Assignmentwith a Trading companyrole involved drafting the HR Policies Manual and streamlining the Performance Management Systems (PMS). WorkedwithAPOLLOSOYUZ ELECTRICALS PVT LTD, Navi Mumbai, as a Senior DGM (HR & Admin), reporting to the CMD.
