The Purpose of TSG is to Work as an interface between DNP/FM Teams of Ericsson so that only valid problems are routed to Ericsson Technical Teams for troubleshooting & rest get filtered and Handled by TSG . This facilitates NOC to focus on it’s Core activates of network Surveillance & Troubleshooting .
Documentation day-to-day activities,incidents. Guiding engineers at Remote Site for resolving remote site related failures. Working as a Team Member by aligning goals to organizational requirement.
Preparing Network Reports and Analyzing it on regular basis. Take internal projects for Network System improvement. Co-ordinate with other teams for FM & DNP related activities. Timely reporting to Management.

PACS (Provisioning And Customer care System)
This is an oracle-based application, which holds the complaints raised by the customer care executives for prepaid customers.
Lotus notes
This application is used to inform the CCEs about the Major Outages, i.e. any Major breakdown in the network so that the complaints can be closed as an FTR.
ICRM (Integrated Customer Relationship Management) – This too an Oracle based application, which holds the complaints raised for Postpaid Customers.

“THE DESIGN OF HYBRID SYMMETRIC-FIR/ANALOG PULSE SHAPING FILTERS”
Description:
This paper presents a method of designing hybrid analog/asymmetrical square-root (SR) FIR filters. In addition to the conventional frequency domain constraints, the proposed method considers time-domain constraints as well, including the inter-symbol interference (ISI) and the opening of the eye pattern at the receiver output. We take a newly conceived parameter, the “roughness” of the analog/FIR-SR filter impulse response, into account.
