Description: BMV had a lot of production issues early 2015 release. It decided to replace its QA team with 3 QA Analysts (including me) from iLAB LLC. Under Agile methodology, QA is assigned all the Legislative SRs in sprint of 2 weeks fixing the issues for 5 releases in Nov ‘15, Dec ’15 and Feb ‘16. Nov release went well with zero issues in production for the SRs I tested and client is very happy to continue with iLAB and thus extending the QA team from 3 to 8.

Regulators expect SVB to have up-to-date software solutions to monitor payment transactions in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and global economic sanctions regulations. SVB's sanctions filtering tool used for on-demand and batch screening is set to be de-supported by the vendor soon. Hence the purpose of this work effort is to start using Actimize Watch List filtering (WLF) module to screen entities individually and in batches.
Loading data from all the source systems [DBs and Flat Files] to DART staging layer on daily basis.
Transmitting the entity information from the staging layer to ACTIMIZE_EXP on daily basis.
Exporting the data from Actimize Export layer to Actimize Staging schema.

Check Traditional Positive Pay: Traditional Positive pay validates against check serial number and check amount
Check Positive Payee: Positive Payee would include payee name validation in addition to check serial number and amount as mentioned above in Traditional Positive Pay.
Check Reverse Positive Pay: Reverse Positive Pay process entails SVB sending clients a list of all checks paying against their account for them to take decision.
ACH Blocks & Filters: Client instructs SVB of ACH transactions that should either automatically pay (Filter) or automatically return (Block) without being presented to the client to decision
ACH Reverse Positive Pay: SVB presents all received ACH transactions that are hitting client account for Decision.
