•Preparation of Red Line drawings from construction to final as-built drawings submitted to the client

•Developed process flow drawings (PFD) for Potash Solution Mine.

•Utilized APD AutoCAD for 3D modeling and Mechanical Layouts on various potash projects.

Produced and issued detailed, assembly, and refractory drawings for pressure vessels. Conducted shop inspections (QC and QA) in both Canada and the U.S.A. during fabrication of vessels. Barrick Gold, Pueblo Viejo Project - Oxidation Facilities

Provisioned EPCM services for the pressure oxidation and air separation unit (ASU) facilities at the Pueblo Viejo gold mine development in the Dominican Republic, including four autoclave trains (24,000 t/d) featuring the world's largest brick-lined autoclaves at 800 tonnes each. The project also included vent gas handling systems, custom slurry flashing systems, refractory lining design, and associated ancillaries such as a high-pressure steam-boiler plant and water treatment plant, as well as support ancillaries for a 4,000-t/d O2 ASU facility.
