Project: Internal User Application for a Power & Energy Company

The project aimed at developing a java based billing, Transaction and Sales application for a large Energy company based out of Texas. As a Business Analyst I elicited and documented requirements, prioritized the delivery plan, verified the defects and tested the application.

The project aimed at identifying and implementing enhancements and defects identified during the conversion of existing application from the Delphi to .Net.

As a Business Analyst I facilitated JAD & JAR sessions, prioritized the identified work items, verified the defects and tested the application enhancement & fixes.
