PETRONAS (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. now one of the World biggest and major Oil & Gas producing company. Train 9 Project is a new liquefied natural gas (LNG) train located within PETRONAS LNG Complex, Bintulu, Sarawak. The anticipated new train capacity is approximately 3.6 MTPA. This new LNG train will help early monetization of gas resources and also encourage new domestic upstream exploration activities. Supply for this new LNG train will require simultaneous development of four (4) to five (5) undeveloped gas fields and complemented with new discoveries from exploration activities in Sarawak. The proposed implementation was presented and endorsed by PETRONAS EXCO on 5th April 2011. The PETRONAS EXCO also approved a Pre-FID budget of USD141 million. The first LNG cargo is expected to be produced by Q1 2017 with total development CAPEX is estimated between USD 3.3 billion to USD 4.9 billion. On 9th September 2011, PETRONAS EXCO approved the revised strategy with the accelerated schedule to achieve RFSU by Q4 2015.

Reporting to the Project Director with co-ordination of the Project Services Manager, Head of estimating, Head of Finance and Contracts. Taking the lead in providing project control services for the project including leadership within the team of 1 Senior Cost control, 2 Planning/scheduling Engineer and project risks management throughout the project execution.

The Scope of Services for NASR Brown Field Engineering Services: Basic and Detailed Engineering for Topside Modification at ABK Facilities. TOTAL ABK is the field Operator and responsible for execution of Brownfield scope of the project. Although the Service Order for engineering services will be awarded by ADMA-OPCO, the management responsible of the Brownfield project SOW will rest with TOTAL ABK. CONSULTANT appointed by COMPANY to perform Basic and Detailed Engineering services. The scope of services performed by Technip Engineers. The Long Lead Items will be procurement by ADMA with free issue to TABK; remaining items will be procured by TABK. Note that option is available for TABK to utilize Technip for procurement services up to Technical Bid Evaluation for non LLIs. Weekly coordination meeting with the Engineering Management at Enprima building Vantaa, Finland to ensure that the Targeted Deliverable quantities can be submitted as scheduled. Interfaces with Financial to ensure that invoicing and costs are as planned. Immediately recommending corrective actions on the occurred deviation from planned/ schedule and budget.

Provides input in preparing and maintaining comprehensive database of all personnel with their respective details such as specialty, availability, productivity, skills, etc., for the Projects. Submit project reports, monthly and weekly progress reports for the Project Director and the Clients as per project requirement. Ensuring all work carried out within the project work scope and the contracts is in accordance with Company & Client and H.S.E. procedures.
