Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from UP Technical University, Lucknow with aggregate 65.70% in 2005.

1.RFQ handling (Toyota, Behr I ltd, Ashok Leyland, Delphi etc.).

2.VA/VE for the cost-reduction of various parts in terms of RM, design etc.

3.Accurate RM selection with respect to the applications.

4.Design reviews and complete follow-up of new mould developments with various tool making companies

Undergone four-weeks summer training at IFFCO, Aonla, Barielly (UP) after third semester in the urea & ammonia plants.

Undergone a project entitled Manufacturing of “Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB)” in B.Tech.

Undergone a project entitled Manufacturing of “Photo degradable Films” in CIPET.

Initial development of Toyota new small car parts [Period-August 2006-March-2008]

Hands-on experience of developing 30 Tools for Toyota new corolla with appropriate Trouble shooting.

Developed 35 new plastics RM grades with Close interaction to Raw Material manufacturers.
