Have been working as a “PROJECT ENGINEER” for “FIRE PROTECO SAFETY SERVICES” in UAE since August 2015.

Have worked as a SITE ENGINEER cum ESTIMATION ENGINEER (Fire Protection) for “BIN MASOUD SECURITY AND SAFETY” in UAE from June 2013 to July 2015.

Have worked as a MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (Fire Protection) for “TAYLOR RUBBER PVT LTD” in India from June 2011 to June 2013.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Holding a sound knowledge in Automatic Sprinkler system, Fire fighting system, Fire suppression system, Fire pump house and Fire Alarm system.

Ensures that the team on site has the required knowledge for installation, testing and commissioning the system and providing any kind of assistance when required and manages the Technical Supervisors and Technicians to get up to date information for forecasting site progress on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. .

Extracting the material quantity from the drawings to request the orders and receives all the equipment, materials, and tools as requested and reconciling them with the requested orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of items..

Resolves all issues that the Site team might face during installation, testing and commissioning of the project phases and ensures that all unresolved site issues are promptly conveyed to the Project Manager to be resolved in a timely manner as per standard procedures.

Attends all the internal and external meetings as required/requested by the Client, Consultant or Division Management and coordinating with the clients and project Engineers for the clearances to accomplish the projects within the stipulated time.

Approves As-Built drawings and ensuring that drawings are produced in a way that is useful for commissioning, maintenance and handing over to the client. .

Ensures all the works will comply with the DCD rules and regulations and as per NFPA standards.

Holding a sound knowledge in the Design and estimation of fire protection systems for Residential buildings, Warehouses etc...In architectural drawings as per the minimum Dubai Civil Defense requirement and complying with consultant’s specifications.

Holding a Dubai Civil Defense approved Engineer Card for “FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTREM, WET RISER, DRY RISER SYSTEM & FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, FIRE PUMP SYSTEM, and FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM (FM200)”.
