I started at Pinnacle Foodsin 2011. I have worked my way up our skilled base pay on our levels system into quality. I work a lot with our USDA to meet our regulations. I work in the lab testing meats in the lab, line and hydro checks, and seams. After the quality I learned our line lead job, which included start up meetings, safety and quality audits. Problem solving any issues, end of shift reports on the computer and presenting them. I have lots of knowledge in quality, including SQF audits and GMPs inspecting. I continued to work on continuous improvements projects, I have done several.
