Bungalow Maintenance Web Application
Designed, developed, tested and implemented a web application solution that was installed on Tablet PCs that allowed PETROTRIN’s Facilities & Property Management employees to assess bungalows at various locations. The web application allowed for the synchronization of data with a main web server where network connectivity was present.
oTASKS:
Identify developments in technology and emerging innovations; and recommend ways in which technologies can be adapted to suit Business needs.
Conduct feasibility studies, and cost and schedule estimates for development projects.

Recruitment Web Application
Designed, developed, tested and implemented a web application to facilitate PETROTRIN’s recruitment process. The web application allowed for both potential candidates and PETROTRIN HR staff members to use the system. Potential candidates could create profiles and apply for available positions. PETROTRIN HR staff members can generate reports, search and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
Performance Tracking Web Application
Designed, developed, tested and implemented a web application to track employee and organizational performance. The web application’s dashboard feature was utilized by PETROTRIN’s Executive Management team. The system allowed Executive Management to pictorially view the organization’s performance and allowed them to access detailed information at will.
Track Training Web Application
Designed, developed, tested and implemented a web application to record information and generate reports related to employee training. The application also allowed HR analyst to assign the processing of training requests to HR assistants.
Short Training Program Web Application
Designed, developed, tested and implemented a web application that allowed PETROTRIN’s Learning and Development section to advertise training programs. Interested employees can then self-register for advertised training programs. Reports generated by the system provided HR Analysts with information such as, how many training programs were held during a specific period, percentage of attendance versus registered users, etc.

Creating new web applications or web sites as needed including designing and coding pages and incorporating text, graphics, photos, multimedia, and other features.

Developed an advertisement video that was circulated to PETROTRIN employees to build awareness for a Summer Camp program labeled “Skills Camp”. The advertisement video was converted to Flash Animation. At the end of the advertisement a hyperlink was displayed that allowed the viewers to click and access the registration form.
Supervisory Training Program Advertisement and Registration Form
oDeveloped advertisement flyer and flash animated advertisement for PETROTRIN’s Supervisory Development Program. At the end of the flash animation, employees could click on a link that would display details of the training program and the registration form.
