I have been remolding single family homes as well as being a landlord for my own

property for many years. I am familiar with the building codes in Texas. I have also

worked in construction management for home builders and have experience in local

government also.

Sales Director Political Research is a company that produces reference materials about

governments. These come in a written and on-line form and are sold as two-year

subscription services. These services provide information on the US Federal government,

all fifty-state government as well as the 192 independent countries of the world.

My functions are to hire and train sales people and to effectively manage the sales

department, both inside and outside sales personnel. I conducted software installs and

“How to Training” on the products. I had eleven sales people that I manage and reported

to the President of the company. Additionally, I functioned as the manager of the

Customer Service/ Collections Department. These duties include Customer relation,

Tax Consultant P.E. Pennington & Company is a Texas property tax consulting firm that

specializes in representing clients' commercial properties; both real and personal,

for the purpose of reducing assessed values and thereby reducing their property tax

liability.

My roles as a shareholder of the company were, in part, to provide management direction

to the company. As an employee of the company, my duties were to provide marketing

and sales efforts, gaining market share and building on that share each year. This being a

small company, the requirements dictated a hands on approach to all functions. These

included basic functions such as lead generation, mail-outs, prospect development. Further
