Michael Waltrip Racing 8/2006-12/2015

The HR Business Unit directly supported 225 employees in a manufacturing environment and was responsible for all generalist functions to include payroll, benefits and 401K management, employee relations, compliance, workers compensation, drafting and management of employment agreements, wellness and safety.

Director of Human Resources (2006 – 2015)

Responsible for initial set up of all HR processes, policies, procedures and the company employee manual. Created all HR forms and documents.
