Prepare meals and snacks to be served to residents according to dietary needs;

Clean up dining hall and trays after each meal;

Place dishes in dishwasher;

Place dishes in proper place

Sweep and mop floors keeping kitchen and eating areas clean;

Disposal of trash and take to outside bins;

On occasion stock storage room;

Assure work is performed in accordance with all federal, state and facility regulations regarding sanitation and infection control; and

Train and mentor new employees in the proper procedures for the job
