I wrote and put processes in place to correct the standardized work and work flow. Reorganized the staff to properly cover the work flow. Boosted the moral, which cause an increase in productivity. The result after 6 months, quality, delivery, productivity and customer service was in the green across the board.

Opened new plasma center in Terre Haute market and passed FDA certification/license. I was responsible for hiring of staff members, training of staff and assessing their performance, setting up and implementing all company procedures. Center received lowest cost per liter award.
