Opening Team Member/ Officer Reliever
Serves as the head / team leader of the counter dept.
Training of Probationary Counter Assistant/ newly hired cashiers.
Evaluates cashiers/probationary counter assistants’ performance and gives recommendations for regularization.
Responsible in cash handling, people handling, management and control of the counter dept.
Processes different kinds of payments such as cash, credit/debit cards, personal checks and other tenders of payment.
Prepares branch schedules weekly, schedules for 3 Day sale and other events related to counter dept.
Monitors all transactions in the counter.
Managing technical problems on machines, systems, fixed assets and unsettled transactions.
Monitoring and ordering of supplies.
Ensures accurate and timely submission of reports.
Manages customers’ complaints regarding their transactions.
Checks cashiers’ documents and ensures that there are no shortages/ discrepancies.
Conducts pep talk on team members regarding new promotions and memorandum.
Monitors stocks being transferred from branch warehouse to counter stock room.
