Defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines asset maintenance plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance such as mechanical integrity, rotating equipment, vibration analysis, lubrication, failure analysis, and general facilities infrastructure

Corn Wet Milling Company producing High Fructose corn sweeteners and Fuel Ethanol. Maintenance tech working off shift, duty’s consisted of breakdown maintenance, unwiring motors and machining parts, 2 year. Area Maintenance Coordinator. Area’s consisted of Wet Mill, Feed House, Germ Press, Boiler House, Silo’s, Barge, Waste Treatment, and Distillation. My duties consisted of setting up a preventive maintenance program, scheduling maintenance for process, reliability and keeping maintenance cost down, 4 years. Maintenance Manager Role for 1 year. Managed 54 Maintenance techs and 5 area maintenance coordinators. Responsibilities were to stay within a 1.4 million maintenance budget, consisting of all maintenance personnel salaries, maintenance equipment, and store room. Reliability Coordinator position, this consisted of root cause for all the plant. Reliability Coordinator I managed 2 PDM Techs, which took care of all the vibration analysis, 4 Lubrication Techs, I did the IR for the entire plant and oil lab. Our goal was to reduce equipment breakdowns and cut cost $500,000.00 a year.

Corn Wet Milling Company producing High Fructose corn sweeteners, dry starch and feed. Maintenance tech for 1 Year as a contractor at Tate and Lyle. Foreman 3 years in the Wet Mill Unit, Supervisor for 5 Years over preventive maintenance crew. The job consisted of setting up preventive maintenance programs and putting the programs into service. Also, taking care of all the break downs in the plant that Tate and Lyle needed assistance with. As Supervisor I managed 5 Forman and 60 maintenance tech’s, maintaining all aspects of maintenance from project to area maintenance to break down and preventative.
