This included all aspects of building management to include; grounds, snow removal, building control systems, low and high pressure boiler operation, project management, budget development and management.

*Successfully assumed the role of Director of Operations after the Director passed away. Managed the position for 10 months until a new Director could be hired.

*Developed a campus beautification program that improved the visible appeal of the campus while reducing the budget and improving sustainability.

Facilities Manager

Successfully manages all aspects of facilities operations and maintenance for the Lincoln facility. Improved facility equipment reliability which resulted in lower operational and repair costs.
